That's my hope. I created Art Mom Smart Mom as a way to help parents who struggle navigating daily life like I do! I know we can get through it together, without giving up on who we really want to be.
Small changes can make a big difference for your whole family.
Whether it's finding yourself through art and play or making the logistics of being a care-giver effortless so you can find more time to discover yourself, my goal is to help all parents see that struggles are normal, life is for exploring, and kids benefit from seeing their parents find their passions.
Work Experience
A graphic artist by degree & trade, I now freelance & run an etsy shop. I also Wash & Fold laundry part-time for busy families.
My experience also includes the roles of content manager & creator, long and short-form content writer, art teacher, and childcare expert.
Personal
I live in the hot & sweaty state of TX, US, with my husband of 17+ years, 5 kids, and a funny little terrier mix. I enjoy traveling, painting, linoprinting, trees, and concerts. I would never willingly give up coffee or Mexican food. I stop for any & all garage sales.
Social Following
My main platform for community is TikTok where I have over 8k like-minded supporters who follow my money-saving grocery hauls, money-making ideas, relatable motherhood content, thrifty gardening, & meal planning ideas. Maybe someday I’ll update YouTube & Insta. ;)
